Simply go to Contact us page and send email to us or fill massage gaps at Direct email:
Your Name, Your Email (make sure is valid and not block for no friends), Massage Subject (write Order or enquiries, etc.), Your Message - Enquiry (please, describe what bracelet or bracelets you would like - lettering and colours if wanted) and send email to us.

| What lettering I can put on the bracelet? |
We can make bracelet with any lettering on it. The lettering depends on your request. You should remember that a bracelet with more than 12 letters does not look the same pretty as a bracelet with e.g. 8 letters.

| Can I have lettering on both sides the bracelet? |
No, you can not. Our bracelets are woven by only one side.

| Can I request special changes to my bracelet? |
Yes, of course. You can tell us what lettering you want to and colour of lettering and one or two colours of background. |

| Can I choose any colour for lettering and background? |
Absolutely when you order customized bracelet. But remember: The background colour should be opposite the lettering colour. It gives you a nice and eye-catching bracelet.
We make bracelets with only one background colour and one of two lettering colours (one colour on the top and second on the bottom a bracelet. Please, have a look at bracelets in our online shop).

| Can I get the same colours of the bracelet what I see ONLINE? |
Picture shows sample colours when you buy ONLINE. Colours of bracelet, depends on stock. Anyway, during payment process you can tell us which colour you would like and if we have it in stock, and then we will send it you.

| How do I know my wrist size and how long is the bracelet? |
You do not need to know your wrist size, because our bracelets are the cords, which are resizable.
The total length of the bracelet is usually 28 cm, the width is 7 mm and the nameplate is average 8cm depending on the amount of lettering.
Our name / friendship / personalised bracelets are specially designed to fit all size of wrist (recommend age 4+, but depends on a wrist).

If our bracelets are available online, than we ship them up to 48 hours
Any customized bracelet can take to produce it up to 3 weeks, but usually the time is shorter than 2 weeks. Add shipping time to the time.
